We are looking for a System Administrator to join our team.
What will you do at MMDSmart?
- Maintain and support office hardware and operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS workstations in the Sofia office;
- Administer and troubleshoot office network infrastructure (switches, routers, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls);
- Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users (on-site and remote);
- Ensure proper functioning and timely updates of workplace software and security tools;
- Perform user account and access management (Google workspace, MDM, identity services, endpoints);
- Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and support procedures;
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding, including equipment preparation and access provisioning;
- Collaborate with IT operations department to enforce cybersecurity policies and best practices;
- Participate in incident resolution, escalating when necessary.
You are a perfect match if you have:
- Strong knowledge of major operating systems, particularly Windows, Linux/Unix and MacOS is essential.
- Mail services (SMTP, POP3/IMAP) and other services (DNS, DHCP, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS).
- Security:
- Ensuring network information security, data protection.
- Knowledge of security best practices, including managing vulnerabilities and threats, is vital.
- Understanding what MDM is and how it works.
- Networking:
- A solid understanding of networking concepts like IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls is necessary.
- Understanding how VPN works. Practical experience with configuring VPN including OpenVPN.
- Scripting:
- Basic scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash are needed for automating tasks.
- Soft skills:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are critical for diagnosing and resolving complex issues;
- The ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users is important;
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks are necessary for meeting deadlines and handling multiple responsibilities;
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is a key requirement;
- Continuous learning, so a commitment to staying current through ongoing learning is essential;
- Fluent level of English;
- It would be a plus if you speak Russian or Ukrainian.

We are looking for a Junior Routing Specialist to join our team.
What will you do at MMDSmart?
- Customize routing to solve business problems;
- Optimize processes within the team as well as outside;
- Solve requests that come to Jira/Slack;
- Manually and automatically monitor the quality of traffic and routes.
- In case of critical situations, make quick decisions to solve the problem;
- Maintain the quality of routes without failures;
- Get feedback from members of other teams to make the right decision.
You are a perfect match if you have:
- English Upper Intermediate-Advanced level is a must;
- Analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly;
- Stress tolerance;
- Readiness to work for results;
- Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of regular expressions, SQL, and excel will be a plus;
- Experience in the telecom industry is not required but will be a plus;

- Monitor the status of our systems and business parameters. Respond to events to maintain the quality of the company’s services;
- Analyze the situation and due to existing algorithm perform the necessary steps to resolve any issues that may arise;
- Solve problems by yourself or collaborate with other departments (account managers, technical specialists, developers) that are specialized in similar tasks to find solutions to problems.
You are a perfect match if you have:
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- Willingness to work in shifts: morning (8:00 – 17:00*), evening (14:00 – 23:00*) and night (23:00 – 8:00*) shifts;
- Stress tolerance;
- Ability to face all a lot of material and desire to learn new things.
